The company has a full set of leading technology graphite electrode production line and graphitized petroleum coke (low nitrogen carburizer) production line.Graphite electrode extrusion molding, vacuum pumping, synchronous shearing technology to ensure the inherent quality of products, each production process introduced automatic computer automatic control device, for the production of high quality carbon products to provide an effective guarantee.The company can provide users with 300 to 600 mm ordinary power, high power, super power graphite electrode 30,000 tons, various particle size graphitized petroleum coke 30,000 tons.

QUALITY INSPECTION

For the performance of the finished electrode: check the product accuracy, weight, length, diameter, bulk density, resistivity, pre-installation accuracy, etc.
For the appearance inspection of graphite electrodes: no black skin, no cracks, and no honeycomb on the electrode surface,draw the safety line at the bottom of the hole.

1. Place the graphite electrode on a wooden or iron frame.
2. Do not unpack the unused electrodes.
3. The damp electrode should be dried before use.
